NOTIFICATION NO. 4

1. We refer to the above matter and our Notifications No. 1, 2 and 3. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notifications.

2. A case conference of the Recognition Application was held on 25 July 2024 before the learned Assistant Registrar Jacqueline Lee. We set out the learned Assistant Registrar’s directions at the case conference below:

2. 1. Any party who may be affected by the orders sought in the Recognition Application and who wishes to file a response is to file and serve a reply affidavit by 8 August 2024, 4pm.

2. 2. Sapura 1200 Ltd is to file a reply affidavit (if any) by 22 August 2024, 4pm.

2. 3. Parties are to file and serve their written submissions (limited to 35 pages per party) by 28 August 2024, 4pm.

3. The learned Assistant Registrar also stated the Registry will confirm the hearing date of the Recognition Application in due course.
