1. We refer to the above matter and our previous notifications. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notifications.

2. Please note that the hearing of the Recognition Application has been rescheduled to 2 September 2024 at 4.30pm (instead of 4pm).

3. As mentioned in Notification No. 5, if you wish to attend or instruct lawyers to attend the hearing on 2 September 2024, please email Oon & Bazul LLP at restructuring.team@oonbazul.com by no later than 28 August 2024, 4pm with the following information:

3. 1. the name(s) of the person(s) or lawyer(s) attending the hearing;

3. 2. the full name of the party that the person or lawyer is representing; and

3. 3. whether the said party is supporting, opposing or not taking any position on the Recognition Application.
