NOTIFICATION NO. 2 

1. We refer to the above matters and our Notification No. 1. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notification.

2. A case conference of the Applications was held on 12 March 2024 before the learned Assistant Registrar Karen Tan. We set out the learned Assistant Registrar’s directions at the case conference below:

2. 1. The Sapura Entities are to file a supplementary affidavit to exhibit the sealed Order of the Malaysian Court by 14 March 2024.

2. 2. In relation to HC/OA 241/2024 and HC/OA 242/2024, i.e. Sapura Fabrication Sdn Bhd’s and Sapura Offshore Sdn Bhd’s Recognition Applications, any party that objects is to file an affidavit by 2 April 2024. Sapura Fabrication and Sapura Offshore are to file a reply affidavit by 16 April 2024.

2. 3. A further case conference has been fixed for 9 April 2024 at 9.30am.

3. If you wish to attend or instruct lawyers to attend the case conference on 9 April 2024, please email Oon & Bazul LLP at restructuring.team@oonbazul.com by no later than 12pm on 5 April 2024 with the following information:

3. 1. the name(s) of the person(s) or lawyer(s) attending the case conference; and
