1. We refer to the above matters and our previous notifications. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notifications.

2. As mentioned in Notification No. 2, the Honourable Court had directed, among other things, the Sapura Entities to file a supplemental affidavit to exhibit the sealed Order of the Malaysian Court by 14 March 2024.
