1.     We refer to the above matter and our previous notifications. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notifications.

2.     The Recognition Application was heard by the Honourable Justice Aedit Abdullah on 2 September 2024. In this regard, kindly note that Justice Abdullah granted an order in terms of prayers 1 to 6 of the Recognition Application and ordered that where any vessel owned by the Company may be entering Singapore, the Company is to (i) write in to Court by letter giving the details of the vessel and the date of entry into and departure from Singapore at least 24 hours before the vessel’s arrival, and (ii) publish an advertisement to state that protection has been granted against its vessels at least 24 hours before the vessel’s entry into Singapore.
