1. We refer to the above matters and our previous notifications. Unless otherwise stated, we adopt the abbreviations used in our previous notifications.

2. A case conference of the Applications was held on 9 April 2024 before the learned Assistant Registrar Karen Tan. We set out the learned Assistant Registrar’s directions at the case conference below:

a. The Applications are fixed for a half-day hearing on either 8 or 9 May 2024. The Registry will confirm the actual hearing date in due course.

b. A further case conference is fixed for 23 April 2024 at 10am. Once the Sapura Entities file their reply affidavit on 16 April 2024, Oon & Bazul LLP is to write to Court to provide an update and seek directions to vacate the case conference.

3. We will continue to keep you updated on material events and any further directions from the Singapore High Court.
