During her tenure, she successfully led an organisation comprising of over 2,000 employees and 5,000 contractors, overseeing the delivery of EPC/EPCIC heavy engineering offshore and onshore structures; as well as expanding MHB’s business into providing onshore plant turnaround and maintenance, and offshore wind structure fabrication.
Wan Mashitah attained a Fellowship from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom in October 1999.
Datuk Nur Iskandar Bin A Samad brings with him 41 years of experience in the downstream oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. He first began his career in 1980 as a Trainee Engineer at PETRONAS, where he progressed through the ranks and assumed the role of Process Engineer.

From 2001 to 2012, he held various senior leadership roles within PETRONAS, demonstrating his versatility and in depth industry understanding, including the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PETRONAS Fertilizer (Kedah) Sdn Bhd; Senior General Manager of PETRONAS Human Resource Management (Leadership & Development Capabilities); and Managing Director/CEO of PETRONAS Penapisan Melaka Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd.
His most recent role was as Project Director (Petrochemical) of Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) from 2012 until 2021. Datuk Nur Iskandar has spearheaded the management of numerous petrochemical projects, making significant contributions to the growth and development of the petrochemical sector. Among his notable achievements in driving the execution of major projects in PIC includes six grassroot petrochemical projects worth USD2 billion.
Beyond his industry accomplishments, Datuk Nur Iskandar sits on the Board of Trustees of Islamic Relief Malaysia, an independent international humanitarian aid and development organisation. Datuk Nur Iskandar also served as a Member of the Industry Advisory Council of University Sains Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Petronas, and as a member of the Board of Directors of several PETRONAS subsidiaries. He is a graduate of the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, with a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering.
