As you may know, Sapura Energy Berhad and 22 of its subsidiaries have undertaken efforts to implement their schemes of arrangement in Malaysia as part of a debt restructuring exercise by the Sapura Energy Berhad group of companies (“SEB Group”). The Scheme Companies are:

The Scheme Companies have now finalised their proposed schemes of arrangement (the “Schemes”) and are prepared to now propose the Schemes to all their Scheme Creditors for their consideration, and if thought fit, to approve of such Schemes during Court Convened Meetings.

In this regard, we kindly invite you to attend the Court Convened Meetings, which will be held by way of virtual meetings from 21 February 2025 to 27 February 2025. Please note that separate Court Convened Meetings will be held for each class of creditors of each Scheme Company under the Schemes.

Kindly TAKE NOTE of the time, date, and virtual meeting link for each of the Court Convened Meetings for the class of the Scheme Creditors relevant to you, for the Scheme Company of which you are a Scheme Creditor as set out in the Notice of Court Convened Meetings.

A printed copy of the Notices of Court Convened Meetings, Proxy Forms, Explanatory Statement, and the Scheme Paper may also be obtained at the registered office of the Scheme Companies at Level 4, Menara PNB, 201-A, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on any business day between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. provided that such request is made via the online form at this link at https://bit.ly/40H31e4, not later than three (3) business days prior to the Court-Convened Meetings.

Please read and consider carefully the contents of the Explanatory Statement and the Scheme Papers. You may seek independent legal or financial advice if required (at your own costs), before voting on the resolution pertaining to the Schemes to be tabled at the Court Convened Meetings.

Please take note of the following deadlines:

• Please ensure that the duly executed Proxy Form is also submitted before the deadlines stipulated above, (i.e. being not less than seven 7 Business Days before the date for the relevant Court Convened Meeting relevant to you) in the registration link provided in this email, or alternatively, that the Proxy Form be transmitted via electronic mail to Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd (“Boardroom”) at helpdesk@boardroomlimited.com or by depositing the duly executed Proxy Form at the Poll Adminstrator’s office at 11th Floor, Menara Symphony, No. 5, Jalan Prof. Khoo Kay Kim, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia by such time.

The Scheme Companies will hold two virtual townhall sessions to help you familiarize yourself with the virtual meeting platform and the conduct of the Court Convened Meetings. The sessions will be held on the following dates:

1. Browse in Incognito mode
   You can browse the web more privately in Incognito mode.
