The Engineering and Construction - Malaysia (E&C - Malaysia) division is a global provider of end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) projects across Malaysia. Our work comprises lump sum turnkey contracts involving project delivery of ‘fit for purpose’ and cost effective facilities from ‘concept to commissioning’ with all risk to contractor. Integrated project management, risk management and effective life cycle design, cost optimisation, contract management and managing stakeholders across the project makes the EPCIC projects more challenging than the traditional projects.
It is an exciting and challenging time to join the E&C - Malaysia division, a one-stop solutions provider for EPCIC projects covering project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction, transportation and installation, as well as testing and commissioning. Our comprehensive approach to project delivery helps our clients meet their project objectives involving cost controls, schedule adherence, regulatory, safety and environmental compliance and operational performance.
The Engineering segment offers multidiscipline engineering services, covering Front-End Engineering Design, detailed design engineering, project engineering management, procurement technical support and commissioning technical support for new onshore plants and plant revamps, new offshore wellhead platforms and offshore platforms brownfield modifications.
It also covers design of skidded/ modularised process systems and engineered equipment for onshore plants and offshore platforms.

Procurement at E&C - Malaysia is a key element in the execution of any project which includes sourcing of new suppliers, buying, expediting orders, inspecting the manufacturing of equipment and bulk material as well as organising delivery and logistics. Each project team has ownership of its budget and delivery and is supported by internal expertise.
